Who are we looking for?
BlockTech is a fast-paced algorithmic trading firm facilitating global cryptocurrency trading while expanding into regulated markets. As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Recruiter to join us in this exciting phase!
You will be at the heart of our talent strategy: sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for our fast-growing team. We’re seeking someone ambitious, creative, and proactive who thrives in a high-paced environment and is eager to bring innovative recruitment approaches to a trading and tech-driven firm. An interest in (crypto) trading is a big plus.
What will you do?
Source, screen, and hire top talent to meet BlockTech’s hiring needs.
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Activate passive talent through modern sourcing tools, social media, and creative approaches beyond traditional methods.
Manage interviews and the selection process, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Support employer branding through careers site content and social media campaigns.
Partner with HR and Learning & Development to improve interview guidelines, training programs, and recruitment modules.
Contribute to ATS optimisation, process automation, and data-driven recruitment initiatives.

Job requirements
HBO/WO degree and 1+ year of relevant work experience.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Tech-savvy, with an interest in data analytics and the ability to work with technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
A proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to think creatively and work independently.
