Who are we looking for?
BlockTech is a high-paced algorithmic trading firm facilitating global decentralised trading in cryptocurrency derivatives while expanding to regulated markets.
We are growing like never before and we are looking for a Quantitative Developer who wants to join us in this exciting scale-up phase!
What will you do?
- Collaborate directly with Traders and Developers on the trading floor to evaluate and improve our models
- Explore new trading opportunities and develop back-testing tools
- Test your ideas on high-volume market data and implement them in production

Job requirements
- An academic degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics or any other quantitative field with excellent study results (cum laude or higher)
- Experience working with Python, C++ and/or Rust
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven versatility and ability to pick up new technologies and learn systems quickly
- A positive can-do attitude and a creative mind
- Willingness to commit long-term
