Who are we looking for?

BlockTech is scaling rapidly, and that is why we are looking for an Office Manager for 40 hours per week starting in July 2025.

What will you do?

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including welcoming guests, maintaining office supplies, ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, and arranging food and drinks

  • Organize company outings, drinks and trips

  • Be the first point of contact for suppliers

  • Answer incoming phone calls and process (e)mails

  • Create and maintain a clean, safe and pleasant working environment for all colleagues according to the company’s policies

  • Support in HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and welcoming colleagues from other offices, taking care of the personnel administration, etc.

  • Organize travel arrangements and take care of visa applications

Job requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a similar role (office manager, operations coordinator, or EA/PA roles)

  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset

  • Highly organized with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Enthusiastic team player who takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere

  • Permanent residency or citizenship in Singapore
